6. WHERE IS DATA STORED?

All your data is stored within Europe:

• Server and Database: Exoscale, Switzerland (EU region)
• Files and Images: Exoscale S3, Europe
• Email Service: Brevo (EU GDPR-compliant)

None of your personal information is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA without adequate protection.

7. HOW LONG DO WE STORE DATA?

• Active Accounts: As long as you have an active account with us
• Deleted Accounts: All personal information is deleted immediately when you delete your account
• Email Logs: Technical logs for email delivery are kept for up to 30 days
• Payment Information: Stripe retains payment data according to legal requirements

8. YOUR RIGHTS

8.1 Right to Access

You have the right to receive information about what personal data we process about you.
